Lakeside estateA multi-gabled estate set on a private pond, with tall windows facing the water and a wooded backdrop.
These are 18 of the custom homes Sudon Brothers has designed and built across Northeast Ohio's Mahoning Valley: colonial estates, brick and stone two-stories, French country and ranch homes, and estate buildings like the Grand Tennis Pavilion. None came from a catalog. Each was designed for one family and one piece of land.

The homes above don't share floor plans. Each began with a site visit and a conversation about how the family lives, then went to an architect for illustrated plans the owners could change before anything was built.
How we design and build“A set of illustrated plans was prepared and we were able to make changes to suit our needs.”Fred, homeowner
“Sudon Brothers worked very close with us during the construction phase and allowed us to incorporate our own personal touch to many items that many builders would not allow.”Richard & Mary Chisholm
