“My wife and I previously had three custom homes built and I have a commercial construction background, so I know what to look for. Sudon Brothers built a beautiful home for us. In spite of bad weather, they finished right on time. John Sudon (architect) spent many days designing and planning our new home, accommodating furniture and appliances (office, laundry room and kitchen). A set of illustrated plans was prepared and we were able to make changes to suit our needs. Sudon's sub-contractors were all experienced and highly skilled (no rookies). All were very polite and friendly and we enjoyed working with them. Everything was on schedule and as one sub-contractor finished, the next sub came in the next day. There were no delays and the job progressed on time. Sudon Brothers have the best suppliers and sub-contractors and they always kept things neat as the job progressed, not only inside the home, but around the exterior as well. Unlike many home builders, Sudon Brothers maintains a full-time office and can be reached by mail, phone or email day or night. They returned phone calls and emails promptly and their office staff (Maureen and Janet) were on top of everything, helping us contact utility companies, etc. Joe Sudon is the general foreman and was at our home every day throughout the job and his goal was to make us happy! Joe kept good notes and every little detail was noted and taken care of promptly. We are very particular and not easy to please, but can honestly say that Sudon Brothers is the best home builder in our area, and due to being so efficient, the final cost will be less than most other contractors. “Let me start off by saying we have been in our new home for two years and love the way it turned out. We couldn't be more pleased with our investment or the quality of the workmanship.
